Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! "Went smooth I'm only dinging them because they didn't wear shoe covers the first part of the job which required them to walk on my nice clean cream carpet and it had rained and was very damp out. The 2nd part of it they did return with shoe covers but still walked inside and outside with them on so they really did them no good"
