"This is a home we are renting and wanted to clean the carpet before we moved in fully. We had already moved some furniture in. Mr Ronnell and his team arrived on time. They explained the plan and then proceeded to implement. My couch looks like I had just bought it after they were finished. Not a crumb or dog hair to be seen. 😀 They then cleaned the carpet. It looks like new, I don't even want to walk on it. By the time they left, the upholstery was dry and the carpet was almost there. I am so pleased with the job they did and they were so courteous and helpful. "Two men arrived, introduced themselves, I explained what was to be done as they walked around the house with me, taking pictures. They then told me what they would do, began working and were done in 1 hour and 15 minutes, then told me to feel the carpet, which was very damp, but said that in a couple of hours it would be dry enough to put furniture back. I waited 4 1/2 hours and the carpet was dry. I was VERY satisfied with their professionalism, the work that they did and their courtesy."
