"Michelle at Premier did a great job of educating me on how to care for my 20+-year-old leather coat, on what needed to be done to renew it, and cleaned it so it was almost like new. She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

"Was running a little late but called to tell me. Great service did a great job on my carpets."

"The service was amazing. They were very professional, on time and they did a good job. They exceeded my expectations and I will recommend them to anybody for cleaning. It's the right place to god and right person for cleaning."

"Caroline did a great job. I didn't realize how much I needed to get my house cleaned until it was clean. Will definitely be using her again."

"Victor did an amazing job cleaning our carpets! I highly recommend. I will be using them again! 5 stars!"

"Empire and Lowes quoted $500+. Victor and his team arrived the day after I contacted them, provided the carpet, installed it and cleaned up after themselves all for a third of that price."
