"Angel was punctual, courteous and professional. We needed some new padding replaced under our carpet due to water damage, as well as stretching and steam cleaning the carpet. He and another crew member completed the work quickly and his rate was reasonable. I later noticed a couple of humps in the carpet that needed to be stretched out after the carpet dried from the steam cleaning. I contacted Angel about it, and he returned the next day to fix it. "Mike the Owner is a Good person. There is a communication issue between Mike and the technicians that made the initial communication stressful. I believe my polyester, luxurious silky, shag rug should have been cleaned with a dry chemical and that I should have kept looking for someone that offered that service. Voda was truthful about not being able to offer that service. I should not have authorized them to proceed. My rug does not look good at all. If you have regular carpeting, you should be fine."
