They used the water from our house to fill their pump that was placed on our front porch. This was not what I was expecting, as I was used to having carpet cleaners using truck mounted equipment. However, they spent a fair bit of time cleaning, particularly areas which were soiled. Some stains (juice) came off, others (coffee/tea) remained. The carpet dried fairly quickly, unlike earlier times when we had had them steam cleaned. Somehow felt that it wasnt quite the deep-clean that we had had in the past.
