"While I know David was fairly quick and thorough, I am not sure if the fact that it was steam cleaning made the difference in the overall feeling it was clean. In the past I had another person who cleaned most of my carpets and there was more of a clean smell and he did add a deodorizer after he cleaned the carpets. So maybe that is the reason I didn't feel the carpets got as clean as possible. I know some were pretty dirty and maybe I expected too much.
