"Michelle at Premier did a great job of educating me on how to care for my 20+-year-old leather coat, on what needed to be done to renew it, and cleaned it so it was almost like new. She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

"Josh was very helpful over the phone providing an estimate and setting an appointment. Doug did amazing job. He came in and quickly assessed my carpets, and provided a final quote which was inline with the estimate provided over the phone. Doug immediately got to work, was done within an hour and my carpets look amazing. Doug even got up stains that had been sitting for 4 years! I will definitely hire them again and refer them to all of my friends. Josh and Doug are extremely professional, provide a quality service."

"Very well. They take pride in their work and they are very professional. I trust them with all my oriental rug cleaning and repairs."

"Fast, friendly service his only knock is that the individual who cleaned my carpet is a Ravens fan!!😠😠🤣🤣"
