"Michelle at Premier did a great job of educating me on how to care for my 20+-year-old leather coat, on what needed to be done to renew it, and cleaned it so it was almost like new. She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

"Ther service vehicle broke down, Amber called to let me know and also to let me know another service vehicle was on the way to bring the techs to me. When the tech arrived, they were very friendly and knowlegeable and quickly got the work done, they also gave me pieces of the carpeting and told me to save them in case the carpet was damaged, it could be fixed. I would like to thank the techs for a proffessional job and the advice they gave me regarding my carpet. I would definately recommend them to family, friends or any other person looking for carpet repair."

"They where in and out cleaning everything I needed clean had no problem definitely will call them again"

"The service was good and they did great. The worker was very professional and they ensure that I am very satisfied with the service and that I am going to recommend them."
