"I was very pleased with the air duct cleaning. Gentleman was careful and worked very hard. When done with air duct cleaning then cleaned the carpet. Their machine did not have enough power to pull up smashed carpet from furniture (and tried to tell me dog must have eaten the carpet out there. He had one machine quit working while he was here. And he knew there was lots of dog hair and it did not begin to remove all of that or even most of it. Then I asked him if they offered to Scott Guard the carpet and they do not even offer this option which I would have loved to have done in the high traffic areas."

"It's about 2700 square feet all together of carpeting, wood flooring, and tile in the bathroom. They are always easy to schedule with. I have moved this appointment a couple of times. They show up when they are suppose to show up. They estimate very well as to how long they will be there. They give me an estimate upfront. They come in and measure all at once and stick to what their estimate is. 

The carpet feels clean when they are done. It is damp and has to dry. When it dries, it doesn't feel like there is soap on it. I found them originally from an advertisement on the radio. I have used them for years and years. I shopped around and they did a really good job, so I stuck with them."

"They completed the work as promised, but we had a few issues.  Specifically, they left debris in the ducts which we had to remove ourselves, and they didn't do a thorough job with the carpet because the carpet on our stairs looked worse after the cleaning.  Additionally, they didn't wear booties while inside the house and left dirty footprints in some areas.  Ultimately, it was a mediocre experience."

"They have been great and Geno is wonderful. He is a little more expensive, but he really goes the extra mile. He will put styrofoam blocks underneath the future so it is elevated and the carpet will dry better. He takes his time and always does a great job. He will spend extra time on stains to make sure he gets them out. The cleaning also doesn’t leave a residue and stays clean longer. The cleaning system is truck mounted and has extra strength."
