"I had a great experience with the team that assisted me with my water damage. From the beginning, they were professional, responsive, and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. They took the time to explain what needed to be done, answered my questions, and handled everything with care and attention to detail. What impressed me most was the communication and customer service. I always felt informed about what was happening and what the next steps would be. The crew was courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home throughout the entire process. Dealing with water damage is never something you want to go through, but having the right people there makes a huge difference. I truly appreciate the service I received and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing water damage restoration services. 5 stars — thank you for taking such great care of me and my home!"

"Mr. Walker did a great job cleaning the carpets in my mother's house. The carpets were off white and had last been cleaned in 2017. He made them look as good as new. He cleaned 5 bedrooms, a living room, den, dining room, hallways and staircase in a little over 3 hours. He did a great job cleaning the heavily soiled family room carpet. Afterwards I engaged him to do the staircase in my home and he another great job. His fee was most reasonable for the two jobs. I highly recommend him."

"I was in the process of getting a 50 year old house ready for sale. The hardwood floors were very dirty and it had been years since they were polished. S and K came out promptly, made a very fair cost estimate, and did the job promptly and professionally. When completed, the floors glistened!! It was such a difference. I have received many positive comments regarding the floors. Would recommend S and K without hesitation!! Also, the house sold! Julie J. in Newport News"

"Prompt, professional and OVERALL GREAT JOB!!!"

"Bryanna came on time with an assistant. She was friendly, organized, and efficient. She was pleasant to talk to and answered all of my questions. Also, I had asked for her to clean our house in sections so that each time she comes will be a one time cleaning until the house is done. Then we can arrange for regular cleaning.😊"

"DJ came out the same day. I had a pet issue that would’ve stained the carpet if it wasn’t cleaned right away."

"After further inspection I found that there were spots that hadn’t been cleaned. There were baseboards that hadn’t been cleaned and there was dust under the beds and dressers in the bed rooms. I was told that it would be included in the cleaning. It wasn’t."
