"Fantastic customer service. Very clear, competitive price quote. Called a day before to confirm appointment and showed up on time. When Miguel arrived he took one look at our old, stained berber carpet and suggested that he clean a test spot before officially starting the job. His concern was that if he could not clean 90-100% of our carpet that he didn't want to do it and risk us being disappointed with the results. The test confirmed his concerns and we decided not to proceed. We were thrilled with Miguel's honesty and commitment to pleasing his customers even if it meant that he didn't get to bill us for the job that we had originally requested. This should be no means reflect negatively on Miguel's cleaning ability. We inherited some really ratty rugs when we bought the house and due to the type and condition there really was no hope for cleaning them well we all agreed in hindsight. Miguel was extremely personable and a pleasure to have in our home. We will be replacing our carpet and Miguel will definitely be the guy we call to clean it in the future!"

"It felt like a bit of a letdown when they first arrived. Ken arrived in his minivan; his coworker arrived in his own car. They used the water from our house to fill their pump that was placed on our front porch. This was not what I was expecting, as I was used to having carpet cleaners using truck mounted equipment. However, they spent a fair bit of time cleaning, particularly areas which were soiled. Some stains (juice) came off, others (coffee/tea) remained. The carpet dried fairly quickly, unlike earlier times when we had had them steam cleaned. Somehow felt that it wasnt quite the deep-clean that we had had in the past. But, Ken is very ernest, and knows what he is doing. It seems like a startup and is likely get more professional over time. His pricing was lower than others, and he made a sincere effort to meet our needs."

"The carpets looked great afterward. The process is a dry clean, so there was no residue or moisture afterwards. The sofa looked a little better after the clean, but the stains seemed to come back. He warned me that the upholstery cleaning isn't always as effective. I would stick with having them just clean carpets- they are very professional, very responsive, and friendly!

I happily walk bare on our carpet now and that literally means the world! Our new bundle of joy would be able to roam freely on the carpet as they get older too so it is comforting. Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"
