"One Friday I called 4 other carpet cleaning companies. They all were booked far out or they weren't local. I loved the fact that Mr. Steam was local! I spoke directly to the owner & scheduled my appointment for the following Tuesday. They cleaned a complete couch set, rug & the carpets. I also needed pet stain removal & deoderizing. We are staging the home to rent to traveling medical staff so we wanted it to be perfect & it was! Everything looked brand new! They arrived on time, I ran errands while they were there & it was a 3 hour process from start to finish. The quote was the same price at the end of the job which is what I was hoping for! They were professional, extremely thorough & friendly! I am recommending Mr. Steam to everyone! I was very impressed & in a world where customer service & the execution of said services can be iffy, I was VERY impressed by Mr. Steam & will be using them again!"

"Cleaned entire gym. Grappling Concepts Nixa. Kim deep cleaned all offices common areas and bathrooms to perfection. Would recommend and will use again."

"I did some research on the "dry clean" carpet process and also spoke to the people where I bought my carpet. I was very pleased with this process over steam cleaning our carpets. Sherree was very knowledgeable and professional. She worked hard and the quality of her work was excellent. We will be using this service again and recommend it to others."

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"He was very fast & the carpet looks great!"

"Very courteous, floors were cleaned and look beautiful"

"Answered immediately with competitive prices and immediate service. Work was good if they could not help with some repairs they said were no possible due my type of problem. Had been stonewalled by numerous others."

"Definitely recommend and will be hiring him again!"

"Very friendly. They work hard. Next time going to have them use my cleaning products tho. Left streaks in places."

"They were very efficient, they did the work and clean up. They were very professional and on time. I thought their pricing was a bit high for the work they did."
