"Ross, the owner, is professional, kind and respectful. He stretched and cleaned our carpet and upholstery. He did an exceptional job. I highly recommend this business!"

"I am extremely pleased with the carpet cleaning provided by M.A. Carpet Care. Mr. Starcher is very professional, very informative about the process, equipment and detergent he uses, and very efficient and thorough. I will contact him in the future for carpet cleaning."

"With the house empty of all the furniture it was obvious that carpet cleaning was needed before we listed the house for sale. The technician upsold me on deep cleaning which double the price. The deep cleaning consisted of spraying an additional product on before the actual cleaning. As I watched I did not see any extra effort around stains or high traffic areas. When finished I could still see all of the stains and traffic patterns we had hoped to eliminate. They were lighter but still there. New carpet is being installed in a week. I feel the carpet cleaning was a waste of time and money."

"All went well. I met the gals who cleaned at the end of the job, they were very sweet and completed a couple things that were missed. Good job."
