"Outstanding customer service and great cleaning."

"Michelle at Premier did a great job of educating me on how to care for my 20+-year-old leather coat, on what needed to be done to renew it, and cleaned it so it was almost like new. She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

"After missing numerous appts. they finally showed up did a fairly decent job.

Done Right Services is proud to use a VERY LOW MOISTURE CLEANING (VLM) process to clean residential carpets. There is little to no chance of spots returning. Our products are also ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY and safe for both children and pets. We apply a safe cleaning solution to the traffic areas of the carpet that helps us to break up the stubborn soiling that has bonded to the carpet fibers. At this time we’ll also address any special spots/stains with our spotting products. We’re educated and trained on how to identify and remove stains. There are times a stain may be permanent, however, we have a high success rate at removing most spots/stains.
