"We are very pleased with the quality of work done. Living in the Northwoods, it is often difficult to find qualified professionals and to have them do as requested. Mike contacted us, stated when he would be able to clean our carpets and what the price would be. He arrived on time, did excellent work and charged the amount quoted. We definitely reccomend him. We need more people like him working in our community,"

"Michelle at Premier did a great job of educating me on how to care for my 20+-year-old leather coat, on what needed to be done to renew it, and cleaned it so it was almost like new. She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

"Cameron was very responsive to my request for carpet cleaning. He and Matt did a good job and were very personable and respectful."

"Tony was very professional, courteous, polite, knowledgeable, and provided good information, and advise pertaining to our problem areas in our carpet. Tony was on time for the project, completed the job, and stuck to the agreed upon job estimate, even though it took him a bit longer to complete. That shows great integrity, honesty, and pride in his job."

"She called immediately, provided the work in a timely manner . They missed a couple of windows and went back to complete in a few days. Interior clean of a vacant home and windows. I loaned them my power washer to power wash the exterior."

"What a wonderful team, indeed. They are very professional and hard working. Getting everything in order and cheerfully completing their job. You are crazy if you don't call for help from this team. My house is shining and it gave me a real lift. Thanks Lana and Gerald!"

"He did a great job and I recommend him to anyone. He was very professional with what he did and he kept the jobsite neat and clean. He was very communicative with us about what he's doing."

"They did a nice job on cleaning the car and informed me about the difficulties in cleaning the very old upholstery.  They were courteous and competent .
