"They showed up on time as promised and got right to work. Generally the work was very good and the carpets and furniture looked much better. They kept the house clean and were thorough about getting under / around the large pieces of furniture. There was one room where it began to smell like mildew after they were done. What both surprised and pleased me was how quickly they came out and redid the room and got the excess moisture out of the carpet.
