"I have used Bella Cleaning for several years to clean my tacked down carpeting and upholstered furniture. I have off-white carpeting throughout my home, so regular cleaning is a necessity. They have always done an excellent job. They are very responsive to request for estimates and service, are able to schedule work within a short period of time, and arrive as scheduled. Their cleaning team comes in, places plastic sheets or Styrofoam blocks under all furniture, pre-treats heavy traffic areas, cleans the carpet, and then departs leaving my carpets and upholstered furniture thoroughly clean. They also clean drapery, window blinds, and plantation shutters and will be coming to my home next week to provide these services. I will let you know how things turn out. I highly recommend Bella Cleaning and will use them again and again."

"I should have done this review a year ago -- sorry, Art -- but he is fantastic. He did a wonderful job of my basement (we had just moved into a new house). Initially, he had given me a reasonable quote on the phone on the basis of three rooms. When he got to my house, he saw I have a large basement and told me that he had underestimated the quote because he didn't realize the size of my basement. He was very polite about it. He checked the other rooms I had thought of doing, but he very honestly said he didn't think the rooms needed a full cleaning and offered to do spot cleaning where necessary."

He quoted me a price over the phone and was able to come to my home the next day at 7:30am. The next morning, Dana called me at 7am to tell me he was running late. I really appreciated the courtesy of the phone call since I told him he had to be done by 8:30am. Turns out he was only about 5 minutes late. He and his partner worked quickly to complete the job by 8:25am (I had another appointment at 9am). But they didn't cut any corners. They really took their time with stubborn stains.
