Everything went very smoothly and he is the kind of professional service provider we like best : punctual, neat, clean, honest, skilled and knowledgeable. He answered my phone call immediately and set up an appointment for the same week. He called to let me know he was on his way and told me when he would arrive and was very punctual. The whole job was finished in less than 2 hours and that included set up and clean up. Dan even found a problem with how one of the blinds was rolling and fixed it immediately. He explained that fixing the blind will prevent fraying, so he saved it from falling apart in the future. "I purchased a Deal for 4 rooms and a hallway for $99.00. In the info I provided 3 dates in the following week that I was available. 1 of those dates was scheduled to my surprise. I thought my notice was quite short, but they cheerfully made it happen. Jason arrived on time and cleaned the living room, 3 bedrooms, and a hallway. The carpet is dated and has wear and a few stains I couldn't remove myself. Jason either removed the stains completely or faded them to the point that if I didn't know where they were, I wouldn't see them. As I watched my carpet became several shades lighter.
