Although he could come that day, he provided suggestions and reassurance about how to handle it until he could make it there the next day. He was prompt, listened to what I tried, and then explained what he had that might and might not work. He was able to get out the stain as well as the odor. I could not be more pleased with his personable demeanor and the quality of work. I will be following up with having him solve/fix a couple of other issues we have at the house."
