Gordon Carpet Cleaning was able to schedule me in right away since I needed some work done last minute due to an open house. People tell me they always find mold inside your air duct, so they have to put a chemical. They call it a total cleaning as opposed to the regular cleaning which I paid for. What they did seemed to have worked. I have suspicions about when they find other things. "
