Although he had to move furniture around, he charged me his original quote (that did not include furniture moving). For that reason I increased the amt I paid him. He was courteous and professional. We were wanting the carpets cleaned within a certain time-frame and that had passed. It was to close to the winter months; I was trying to get the floors cleaned in the spring to early summer.
