"Brian went above and beyond in terms of expertise and customer service. The home I bought had such horrible carpeting (two large apparently not house broken dogs if you get my drift). The technology for the carpet cleaning is not old school so I was honestly a bit skeptical at first. Brian explained the process and after two days following his directions (again because my carpet was so bad) I was very pleased indeed. AND nice to know that the carpet cleaning product is so safe for my animals and humans as well."

"Joseph called and came when he said he would. He was on time and did an excellent job on my carpets and couch. It was so nice to deal with a business who returned calls and I would use him again."

"The Shutter Doctor did an absolutely first rate job for us. Ed Alhambra has his own company and he gave personal attention to our home and the job. He came, evaluated the job and remained that very day to complete repair and reconditioning on all of our plantation shutters. His work was professional, efficient, and he was a delight to get to know. He cleaned up completely following the work. His price was very fair for the job done. We HIGHLY recommend him."

"Technician was very good. Carpet is much better. Most spots are gone. Will use them again."

"The cost was part of the insurance settlement on the move. Their responsiveness took a while. They repaired the couch that you would not know that there was any damage at all. There was only one worker and it was the owner. He was good. He was fine."

"I canâ t say enough about the professionalism and how thorough the cleaning. Would definitely have them back"
