"I have used Bella Cleaning for several years to clean my tacked down carpeting and upholstered furniture. I have off-white carpeting throughout my home, so regular cleaning is a necessity. They have always done an excellent job. They are very responsive to request for estimates and service, are able to schedule work within a short period of time, and arrive as scheduled. Their cleaning team comes in, places plastic sheets or Styrofoam blocks under all furniture, pre-treats heavy traffic areas, cleans the carpet, and then departs leaving my carpets and upholstered furniture thoroughly clean. They also clean drapery, window blinds, and plantation shutters and will be coming to my home next week to provide these services. I will let you know how things turn out. "Professional, courteous, came on time. the pet odor was taken care of in the back bedroom. Stains removed, carpet looked clean and fresh. I had Tom redo the bottom three stairs to the den. This carpet is a Berber and did not clean as well as the other stairwell. The Berber Carpet is a much tighter weave. The entire carpet took longer to dry than the stated 2 to 4 hours. One tech, (2) rooms, one upstairs, one downstairs, (1) hide-a-bed. All done in 1 1/2 hours and cleaned up after the job quickly and well.
