"Brain is very professional and learned about drapes from his grandmother as a youngster so he has been around and knows EVERYTHING about drapes. When I explained the problems over the phone he knew exactly what needed to be done. He had the drapes cleaned and then repaired. The drapes which are 8 years old now look brand new and I am VERY satisfied with his service and the results."
