"I have been using them for years. Anytime that I have used them I have never had a problem with dirt or stains returning. This company will call me a day or two after I have had service and ask me how it looks. If I am not happy with it, they will send someone out right away to fix whatever you are not happy with. I have not had to have them do that. They will definitely come back out and re-do it and not charge for it. I have been using them for ten years. They have three people that do it, but I always ask for Jeff. I recommend them to my friends. One of my said that she was going to get rid of her carpet and she had them come in and clean her carpet and then she said that maybe she did not need to get rid of her carpet. They do not cost more than other places to clean. I have never had any problems and there is none that film residue. They always answer the phone and they have been pretty good about my schedule. Sometimes they are early. They have never been late. They are appropriately dressed and all of them are friendly. They will stay until they are finished. Jeff knows my house and he knows that it is going to be a long job. I will not use anyone else."
