"This was an AngiesList Big Deal I think for $99, but I paid a bit more
for the 1/2 room (a 4-room package) & some extra (allergy-related?) additive.  Service guy was not pushy about
extras, and very fast in doing the work. Two things -1) soon afterwards
my carpet (sort of industrial-style) rose up away from the floor in
parallel ripples a couple inches high.  I was alarmed and called the
owner, Jon.  He had heard of this happening before, said to wait another
day or two, that it should recede back again.  He was right and
everything looked perfect in 3 days.  2-3 stains from cat throw-up
(lighter in color) did reappear in a few weeks, but I hear from others,
this reappearance is common even with a good cleaning.  I could have
opted for "tough stain removal" addition, but did not.  Maybe next time.

"The two young men that came to my home were very friendly and did a wonderful job. They took the time to hang insulation over the doors, to the outside, to keep the bitter cold outside. They placed plastic corner pieces around corners so they wouldn't damage the drywall. They would ask me to come and see the progress as they were cleaning and would ask if I was satisfied with the work so far. They were able to get spots out of the carpet I was not! My carpets look like new."

think about renting one of those machines from the hardware store. This is a
new location and I am not sure what happened to the carpet before I got here. The
rooms were empty and the carpet looked clean but if you walked across it with
white socks on they got dirty. Well Lonn took care of it and the carpet looks
great now. He also treated it with a protective treatment to keep it looking
great. Lonn is so thoughtful he also called me when he was heading over to my
location which I appreciated. John B. in the office was great at scheduling
too. Fair and honest everything was completed on the day and time promised. John
B. also e-mailed me an appointment confirmation which was a big, big help. Do
yourself a favor and call this provider they are great!
