"I was a long time customer with S&S Carpet. We're a newly retired military family and while living in 2 different rental homes during our time in Chesapeake, VA we used a couple different carpet cleaners before finding S&S. I can tell you without hesitation that Sirlance & Shermelle (S&S Carpet Owners) are the hardest working and most dependable people, not to mention the amazing results you will see in their work. In our first house, we had a couple old/unknown stubborn carpet stains that wouldn't budge with 2 other carpet cleaners. I had S&S come out and he tried one method, but it didn't come completely clean. As promised, he came back out at no extra charge and after the 2 method he tried - perfect results. We used S&S for carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, as well as the fabric seats and carpet in our daughters car. Always thorough and great results. When we moved to our second rental house to get us through our last year as an active duty family, it was in much need of carpet cleaning. Again, S&S came through. Despite it taking 2 times to get it to my desired level of clean (not due to S&S - it was really old, neglected carpet) Sirlance succeeded. I always referred to him as the carpet "Magic Man" and considering some of the unknown stains he ran across sometimes, he always went above and beyond to get great results. I'm telling you, if Sirlance can't get it out of your carpet - no one can. He is not only professional, but incredibly reasonable in price. I enjoy supporting small, family businesses in each place we live and S&S is one of the best. "i have been going to Bills (proprietor) leather cleaners for over ten years.    Bill takes ultimate care in making sure he can do the best in removing any stains or water spots in my leather and or suede goods.  i have brought in purses, jackets, dresses both in leather and suede and it has always come back as PERFECT.   Bill will even call you when he receives the item to discuss the spots, his assessment  of what he can do to repair it and bring it back to new.  Worth EVERY DIME (and its reasonable) to see your item brand new again !! i have even fed ex"d items to him so he can repair for i trust no one else. "
