I had cleaned out my townhouse, in preparation of putting it up for sale, and the final step was cleaning the carpets. My place has 3 BR upstairs, and a living, dining, and family room downstairs. Bryan was easy and convenient to deal with through Angie’s List. He was prompt and timely with his replies and always directly answered any questions I had. He was not vague at all about specifics, to try and leave himself wiggle room later, as some folks do when you deal with them. Our communication was straight forward and honest.
