At the end of each room SUCKING the dirt he goes to his truck and releases all the water and dirt. I was so shocked how much dirt in all rooms of our home. EXCEL CARPET CLEANING is highest quality and they do the job for low prices. He only asked me $250 for 2611 square feet house with lots of big rooms and 10 closets . I was so impressed. He even came to my home 3 times to fix even little dirty areas. Coming 3 times for $250 carpet cleaning of 2611 sq ft house and doing a greatest job of cleaning is beyond this universe. He and another crew member completed the work quickly and his rate was reasonable. "Mike the Owner is a Good person. There is a communication issue between Mike and the technicians that made the initial communication stressful. I believe my polyester, luxurious silky, shag rug should have been cleaned with a dry chemical and that I should have kept looking for someone that offered that service. Voda was truthful about not being able to offer that service. I should not have authorized them to proceed. My rug does not look good at all. If you have regular carpeting, you should be fine."

We will need an additional service to drill into our walls to check for more mold, a service they don't do.
