"Quentin is the best carpet cleaner I have ever hired. He first responded almost immediately on a Saturday afternoon, then agreed to come the next day at 2 PM. Quentin arrived on time. I expanded the project to the whole house, and he was able to give a really fair price and started right away. Quentins work was SO THOROUGH and he was so professional. Quentins equipment was clean and steam really rose from the carpet, unlike some companies. When Quentin finished both my son and friend stated this is really clean and the CARPET LOOKS GREAT. Mr. Aaron of Excel has latest state of the art machines to take the water from our house and uses his SAFEST chemicals on the surface of the carpets in all rooms and sucks all the dirty particles out of carpet and pushes those dirt to his machine pipes. At the end of each room SUCKING the dirt he goes to his truck and releases all the water and dirt. I was so shocked how much dirt in all rooms of our home. EXCEL CARPET CLEANING is highest quality and they do the job for low prices. He only asked me $250 for 2611 square feet house with lots of big rooms and 10 closets . I was so impressed. He even came to my home 3 times to fix even little dirty areas. Coming 3 times for $250 carpet cleaning of 2611 sq ft house and doing a greatest job of cleaning is beyond this universe. "Great job, thoroughly cleaned both plenums (in and out), reattached ducts after cleaning (from plenum down and from duct grills up), duccts repositioned in the attic, blower disconnected and taken down for thorough cleaning. All furniture and stuff was vinyl-sheet covered. Vents were repositioned correctly. House smells fresh now. Fast, clean, efficient. Reasonable also, easy to work with.
