When he arrived he surveyed the rooms and got to work pretreating and then got to the actual cleaning of my now formally soiled carpets. My carpets are 8 years old and very light colored and really needed a good cleaning. I'm pleased to say that they look very fresh and clean and I'm very happy with the results.
