"Excellent carpet cleaning. Marco gave extra effort to ensure heavily soiled carpet turned out thoroughly clean, like new."

"I have not had my oriental carpets picked up to be cleaned as yet. The customer service provided by Kayla to explain the company’s services and costs and to answer specific questions as well as work with my difficult timetable was great. Not many companies provide specialized, professional offsite cleaning for these types of rugs. They also have specific pet solutions to treat stains on carpets as well and provide a guarantee that these issues will be solved. Off to a good start. Looking forward to getting my revitalized fresh and clean rugs."

"I had a Shearling Suede Jacket of the highest quality. My daughter's cat had a UTI infection and pee'd all over it! It was smelly and badly damaged. I wasn't sure it could be cleaned especially back to its like new condition. I sent it UPS from the bay area to Premier Leather care. It took them a few months because they had to work and work on it but they were able to remove all stains from the jacket without damaging the color or quality of the material. I would recommend this business"

"We couldn't be more pleased with Tim and the service he provided. Our carpets and rugs look like new! We are already planning on using Tim again for future projects. I would and will recommend Tim to our friends and neighbors."

"The quality of work was fabulous. They give attention to detail and they clean things I haven't thought about. They were very sweet and nice to be around."

"My carpet was so clean when they completed the job, it looked like new carpet. I was so excited looking at it, I didn't want to move the furniture back into the room. A true professional. Patricia W."
