The level of customer support provided was incredible (above and beyond what probably 90% of companies offer nowadays). He clearly takes pride in his company, cares about his customers' satisfaction, and has a level of integrity that is extremely rare in today's world. On the following cleanings there wasn't the attention to detail. On one cleaning they were finished in less than an hour ( we have a 2400 square foot home). If we brought up something that was missed then it was cleaned but we don't have the time to follow someone around and make sure everything was cleaned so we cancelled her services.
