"Very professional and took extra care to ensure the pet smell and stains came out. I will use them for all my future carpet cleaning. Excellent work. Very kind."

"Technician was friendly and professional, he was running slightly late however the office let me know and that part of it was well handled. I did knock off one star because the project was quoted between $150 and $170 based on my square footage over the phone and the bill was $100 more than that, payment options were also limited to check or cash. I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the clean which cost another star. The carpets were very wet and took 3 days to dry. When they did dry there was a stiff chemical feel to the carpet in particular in the closets and corners where not all of the cleaner was extracted."

"This company is fantastic! I recommend Frank to all of my clients!"
