"They showed up on time as promised and got right to work. Generally the work was very good and the carpets and furniture looked much better. They kept the house clean and were thorough about getting under / around the large pieces of furniture. There was one room where it began to smell like mildew after they were done. What both surprised and pleased me was how quickly they came out and redid the room and got the excess moisture out of the carpet. Alan from Arslanian said because that area needed so much work it left additional water in the carpet."

"He arrived on time,inspected all the ducts and began the cleaning. Set up vacuum in basement and went around to all vents with air hose to clean ducts. Job took only a little over a hour."
