His way is the way to accurately clean sanitize & deodorize carpet properly in using a non toxic cleaning formula along with a machine that gently scrubs the carpet without exerting a lot of water, & less drying time. I had one traffic pathway that seem to be a problem with one steam cleaning company for years; they couldn't seem to get the pathway out to my satisfaction, therefore I was calling them 2 times a year & it wouldn't budge.
