I have had other companies clean these steps before, and these guys cleaned them much better. They did a superior job. They will be the only ones I will use to clean my carpets. "A little late for the initial appointment and had a poor assistant.  I got the impression she had just started her business and was overwhelmed by the response she got to the big deal she offered on Angie's List.  She did not have the proper equipment to clean blinds and used a short cut method that required her to clean them again on the next visit.  Michele made up for the poor assistant by not counting the time the assistant spent in the house against the contract total.  She was far more prepared and professional the remainder of the visits to finish the contract.  She seems to be a very good person that is working hard to do the best possible cleaning job and be as professional as possible.  All in all, I was pleased with the job and I would expect her to continue to get better and more professional in the future.  As a result I would use her again if I have the need.
