She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

The people were all very friendly and courteous. The sons who came out to clean the floor were easy to be around. I have a spot underneath my chair in the living room that gets dark from suede slippers. They mentioned it but did not offer to spot clean. It did not come clean with the process they were using. It made me wonder how they get carpets cleaned that have more spots and more wear than mine get. Mine look exactly the same as when they arrived."
