"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"Great! The ladies were able to start the day I called. They also let me know of a special they had for the job I needed done. Bought a new house that wasn’t “move out” cleaned. They did an excellent job! Two ladies at 4 hours saved me days of doing it myself. Highly recommend!!"

"Up front about price and timeliness. Work performed quickly and professionally."

"They arrived exactly on time and got straight to work. It was amazing how much they accomplished in 1 afternoon. I asked for a deep cleaning and was so happy I've now hired them to return regularly. Pleasant, efficient and great value."

"She hadn’t cleaned yet. But I hired her to do a job in June and also July. It’s only April so I don’t have any feedback yet."

"Rosa and her co workers did an excellent job cleaning my home. It was the first time I've ever hired professional cleaners, so I was a bit nervous. However, Rosa was professional and punctual. She contacted me very quickly and came for an estimate the next day. They were thorough, great with my animals, professional, and kind. They paid attention to details that I often miss even during my deepest of cleanings. Her prices were very fair considering the amount of work they put in deep cleaning my house! I would definitely hire them again."

"They were hired to do house work, cleaning, sweeping, mopping floors and cleaning bathrooms, as well as cleaning windows."
