Great at cleaning just let me know your expectations

Hi. I'm Kala Gaines, a mother of four beautiful children. I like to consider myself a " cleanaholi," and I love to help others. I've been housekeeping for 2 years part time and would love to do it full time as it's not a job to me. This is something I love to do. Soon I'll obtain an actual license. If you or someone you know needs help with your home, please don't hesitate to contact me. Thank you and God bless.

"Michelle at Premier did a great job of educating me on how to care for my 20+-year-old leather coat, on what needed to be done to renew it, and cleaned it so it was almost like new. She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

"All went well. Not sure I would pay to have grout cleaned again."

"The service staff arrived promptly and labored without a break for approximately 6 hours. My project was a total house, "spring cleaning," including baseboards, walls, windows, blinds, ceiling fans, and three rooms of heavily soiled carpet. Not only did the service exceed expectations, the staff gladly worked over time and Faith Marie personally inspected their work to ensure my satisfaction. I found her and the staff to be professional, polite and efficient. The service was reasonably priced, particularly given the size of the project. I enthusiastically recommend Faith Marie's firm to anyone in need of a professional cleaning service!"

"The guy responded to my request within about half an hour, was at my condo about an hour after that, cleaned 2 bedrooms of carpet within less than an hour, and even mopped the hallway where that carpet cleaning machine dripped a little water. And this was all on a Saturday morning! It was a very good experience and very reasonably priced. The only issue I had was that he didn't mention to me that he wanted me to pay cash. The company apparently doesn't take credit cards, and I didn't have that much cash lying around. Had to write him a check and oddly enough, he wanted it made out to him personally, not to the company. Thought that was strange."
