"Mike the Owner is a Good person. There is a communication issue between Mike and the technicians that made the initial communication stressful. I believe my polyester, luxurious silky, shag rug should have been cleaned with a dry chemical and that I should have kept looking for someone that offered that service. Voda was truthful about not being able to offer that service. I should not have authorized them to proceed. My rug does not look good at all. If you have regular carpeting, you should be fine."

I had never used someone to clean my house, but because of my knee being in pain it was hard to do everything at the speed that I was able to do so I really needed help. Etasia helped me through it. They sent out a young lady named Donta and she was sooo good! She did an excellent job! She was very polite and very kind. She did an amazing job!!! I only had money for one hour and Donta amazed me at how much and how thorough she was in that time length.
