She spent a few hours beyond what was expected to get it the job done (shampooed carpet five separate times). It look now looks and smells beautiful! We are forever appreciative and plan to use her again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone!!"

"I purchased the 119 for carpet & outside windows and added on the stairs. In 2 of the rooms the carpets still have stains in them. Several windows had water spots and still look dirty. I'm not very impressed.
