"Ross, the owner, is professional, kind and respectful. He stretched and cleaned our carpet and upholstery. He did an exceptional job. I highly recommend this business!"

"With the house empty of all the furniture it was obvious that carpet cleaning was needed before we listed the house for sale. The technician upsold me on deep cleaning which double the price. The deep cleaning consisted of spraying an additional product on before the actual cleaning. As I watched I did not see any extra effort around stains or high traffic areas. When finished I could still see all of the stains and traffic patterns we had hoped to eliminate. They were lighter but still there. New carpet is being installed in a week. I feel the carpet cleaning was a waste of time and money."

"All went well. I met the gals who cleaned at the end of the job, they were very sweet and completed a couple things that were missed. Good job."

"Very professional and did a very thorough and deep cleaning of our home post our remodeling project. We would certainly have no problem hiring them again in the future as we have more projects to do in our home.."

"One of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Andrew and the young man who came to my parents house for mold removal and duct cleaning were efficient, professional and so friendly. "I had a Shearling Suede Jacket of the highest quality. My daughter's cat had a UTI infection and pee'd all over it! It was smelly and badly damaged. I wasn't sure it could be cleaned especially back to its like new condition. I sent it UPS from the bay area to Premier Leather care. It took them a few months because they had to work and work on it but they were able to remove all stains from the jacket without damaging the color or quality of the material. I would recommend this business"
