"Subcontractor did a very good job and left the site in pristine condition."

"Love how I was educated on the systems this company has in place to clean our offices. Richard and his staff are very thorough and dependable."

"They did an excellent job and were there when they said they would be. Liked them so much that I recommended to my GC!"

"I hired this company for my best friend who is about to have a baby. Wanted her house deep cleaned and sanitized and my friend raved at how detailed and thorough the cleaner was. Thank you for making her house feel clean and helping her relax before the newest addition arrives. My friend even said she will be hiring this cleaner for future cleans."

"After further inspection I found that there were spots that hadn’t been cleaned. There were baseboards that hadn’t been cleaned and there was dust under the beds and dressers in the bed rooms. I was told that it would be included in the cleaning. It wasn’t."

"I live in Florida an own a rental property in Rochester NY. Needed some one to diagnose a give a estimate to find a kitchen ceiling leak. He had to come twice as Tenant was a no show 1st time, He came again found the source of the leak (a leaky faucet in upstairs Bath). Gave a fair estimate an repaired the ceiling an replaced faucet. Was a great feeling to have a honest an fair price for the work. WILL DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN. THANK YOU BRADY"

"Great experience with the onetime cleaning! Everything was done thoroughly and the place looked and felt so much better afterward. I’m very happy with the service and will definitely be rebooking. Highly recommend!"

"Really amazing job. They stayed longer than the intended timeframe, to make sure everything was scrubbed down (even in hard to reach areas, etc). They also were very reasonable. I had to insist on giving them more than they were charging, because of the extra time they spent on the job."

"They are very prompt and professional. They have the expertise and knowledge to do the jobs we requested. I would recommend them and rehire them anytime."

"I was a long time customer with S&S Carpet. We're a newly retired military family and while living in 2 different rental homes during our time in Chesapeake, VA we used a couple different carpet cleaners before finding S&S. I can tell you without hesitation that Sirlance & Shermelle (S&S Carpet Owners) are the hardest working and most dependable people, not to mention the amazing results you will see in their work. In our first house, we had a couple old/unknown stubborn carpet stains that wouldn't budge with 2 other carpet cleaners. I had S&S come out and he tried one method, but it didn't come completely clean. As promised, he came back out at no extra charge and after the 2 method he tried - perfect results. We used S&S for carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, as well as the fabric seats and carpet in our daughters car. Always thorough and great results. When we moved to our second rental house to get us through our last year as an active duty family, it was in much need of carpet cleaning. Again, S&S came through. Despite it taking 2 times to get it to my desired level of clean (not due to S&S - it was really old, neglected carpet) Sirlance succeeded. I always referred to him as the carpet "Magic Man" and considering some of the unknown stains he ran across sometimes, he always went above and beyond to get great results. I'm telling you, if Sirlance can't get it out of your carpet - no one can. He is not only professional, but incredibly reasonable in price. I enjoy supporting small, family businesses in each place we live and S&S is one of the best. I hope this review lets those in Chesapeake, Virginia Beach and surrounding areas know who they can call when they need any of the services S&S offers. Thank you, Sirlance and Shermelle. I'll miss y'all."
