"Even though I clean and vacuum regularly, I was amazed at how much black cat hair was pulled from the carpet. They did a wonderful job."

"Excellent customer service. Explain the whole process of stretching the carpet and cleaning it"

"John is dedicated to making sure your carpets are clean, down to the padding. Our home has never looked or smelled cleaner. Yes, we have 2 cats and John did an amazing job removing fur and dander."

"This a great company. I think they called the same day that I contacted Angie’s List looking for area rug cleaning. My contact was Christina, who was very helpful and just all-around nice throughout the whole process. We set up an appointment date and time, and I was sent email and text reminders so I knew exactly when the technician, Dave, would arrive. Dave was great too. He cleaned the area rug in our condo with minimum disruption. Our condo is pretty far from the parking area and he had a hose that made it inside. Dave is also very nice, so nice the we requested him for another carpet cleaning a week or so later. Both carpets were thoroughly cleaned. I believe the pricing was fair and competitive with other companies doing this kind of work. Next month I will be calling them again for duct cleaning."

"Great customer service and the carpet looks great. We have used other services that couldn't remove the stains, but this company was able too."

"The owner was courteous, professional, and thorough. We were very pleased with the work he did and the time and effort put into doing the work. We would hire him again. The company cleaned our carpets and our upholstery on numerous pieces of furniture. Excellent service."

"Residential Rug Care came to our place in Alexandria, Virginia with their Free Pick Up and Delivery offer. Their price was unbeatable from the two other quotes I received. Brown and Davka arrived on time, their tall van was clean, they were very professional and carefully removed our wool carpets from living and dining room. Both were returned with the stains removed, without fringe or stitching damages and the extreme cleanliness showed noticeable improvements in look and feel to the touch. Our first time using them and will refer to our friends also."

"They made a significant difference in our upholstery. We've had it done before and this appeared much better."

"Awesome, professional, hassell free, friendly. The best carpet cleaning service I've ever used. 100% satisfied. I never need to search again because I'll always use this company!"
