"Mario and his partner showed up on time to do the work and were very kind and professional. They did a great job and took the time afterwards to give me advice on how to get up stains in the future now that the carpet had been carefully cleaned and protected. Mario made sure to walk me around the rooms that were cleaned to make sure I was satisfied with the job. We have a barky little maltese and Mario and his partner took the time right away to say hi to our dog so that he would calm down. Overall, very nice men who did a fantastic job!"

"I had a Shearling Suede Jacket of the highest quality. My daughter's cat had a UTI infection and pee'd all over it! It was smelly and badly damaged. I wasn't sure it could be cleaned especially back to its like new condition. I sent it UPS from the bay area to Premier Leather care. It took them a few months because they had to work and work on it but they were able to remove all stains from the jacket without damaging the color or quality of the material. I would recommend this business"

"Aviv and Corey were the technicians and they were perfect for the job. Aviv called with ~45min warning which was so helpful, and they were personable and professional. They gave me my full quote upon seeing my space and how many returns I had and performed the job efficiently and thoroughly. I got to see the dryer vent "snow" come out as Corey was cleaning it! Gross and cool! It's obvious this are needed services and my place feels "cleaner" as a result already.
