It was obvious from the get-go that their only goal was to do everything within their power to satisfy us and make our tile and grout as spic-and-span as they could. We appreciated the history and experience Billy has and certainly both of their expertise in this business. I am VERY PICKY and OCD...so there's that!!😄 I felt very comfortable having them in my home...they were warm and friendly and seemed interested in us and our family. She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."
