"They were awesome, from start to very clean carpet and details to stains"

"Very prompt, in fact let me know coming early, and if ok! Upholstery looks great. Good job and hope to call for carpeting, also."

"Michelle at Premier did a great job of educating me on how to care for my 20+-year-old leather coat, on what needed to be done to renew it, and cleaned it so it was almost like new. She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

"Very professional. Left clean ducts and no mess around the house"

"They completed the work as promised, but we had a few issues.  Specifically, they left debris in the ducts which we had to remove ourselves, and they didn't do a thorough job with the carpet because the carpet on our stairs looked worse after the cleaning.  Additionally, they didn't wear booties while inside the house and left dirty footprints in some areas.  Ultimately, it was a mediocre experience."

"Fantastic job with our move out clean! Made it look better than when we moved in!"

"April did a a fantastic job on my house, I suffer from depression and I can't keep up with cleaning, it gets out of control, so I really needed help and April came through like a knight in shining armor."
