"Like a lot of people, we work to much and recover on the weekend, so the idea of cleaning the house seems daunting. We did what most do, our first foray into hiring a maid service was Merry Maids. They did the regular routine of one deep clean and then every two weeks they do a maintenance clean with extra focus on a specific room. We thought this was adequate but we started noticing that there was a lot that was still dirty after they left. After pointing it out to them we realized that it had never been cleaned, even with the deep cleaning. It finally got to the point where they would not accommodate a weekend cleaning so we started a search for a new service. After a lot of researching and asking friends and coworkers, we finally narrowed our choices and asked for references. When we called Onilda's (Oni) references, we were please to find several clients that had her on retainer for more than 10 years. All of them had recommended her to their friends in turn. Oni's first clean was just that, a thorough, "I can't believe we had a cleaning service and Oni's first cleaning made it appear that our house had never been cleaned" cleaning. We were very impressed to say the least and she is such a great person that she puts a smile on our faces when she arrives. Oni was flexible and accommodates our schedule and the house has never looked better. I would recommend Oni to anyone looking to hire someone so passionate about the art of cleaning."

"Knowing nothing about dryer vent cleaning, I researched it online so I knew what to expect and what it would cost. Of the three businesses homeadvisor.com listed, Rob called me right away, explained what he would do and quoted a price at the low end of what I expected to pay, so we scheduled a time without waiting for another call. He gave a two-hour window of when he would come and called when he was on his way. He cheerfully answered my questions, cleaned the vent, and cleaned up before he left. (One of the other companies called several days later, and I never did hear from the third. ) I appreciate that this is a locally-owned business where I was able to deal directly with the owner."

"We wanted to get our dryer vent cleaned but companies would either not do the work since we had a flexible duct through the wall or they charged us a really high rate to use a different method. All Pro did the cleaning for a really low rate and discovered a tear that they recommended getting fixed by replacing the duct work. They cut a small hole in the ceiling because we had other piping to work around and replaced it with a semi-rigid duct. They did great work and charged less than what I was quoted. Ivan kept in touch with me to keep me updated about the status. Really happy with the results."

He worked with me on the price when adding some extra work and unlike many workmen he vacuumed the room after patching the walls. "Rob was great!! I needed our HOA gutters cleaned out before the snow buried the fall leaves a 3rd time. He showed up when he said he would and provided us a quote and we hired him immediately. He started work a couple of days later and over the course of two days he removed and bagged all the leaves that were clogging our gutters. We have oak trees surrounding the homes so the gutters were heavily plugged. Rob came out over the course of two days, after the sun thawed out the morning frost and dug out the gutters by hand and contained everything in bags which kept the ground clean. He added a couple of hangers to one of the gutters were it was loose. He cleaned out all the gutters with a hose and ensured the downspouts were clear. I was very pleased with the service and the price. I would not hesitate to hire Rob again or recommend him. It's nice to have someone do what they say they would."
