"Our Plumbing and Heating team discovered that our Boiler vents were blocked. Paramount repsonded with priority same day service. They investigated and confirmed the blockage. They also confirmed the chimney terracota liner was disintegrated. Ryan performed the work with his assistant, and Scott was the dispatcher that managed the project from the home office. Both were very easy to work with.

We had a new double walled stainless steel liner put in the same day and all the vent pipes cleaned they resused material where they could, and replaced the others. We had the chimney capped as well. "

"Our house never looked so clean! The reason for not giving 5 stars? A 2 x2 area of our master bathroom rug was extremely wet and soaking through to our hardwood floors along with a broken lightbulb in our kitchen chandelier. We were not contacted about these 2 issues. Otherwise, we were happy with the service."

They worked the entire time they were here with a very short break for lunch. We had a few areas that really needed extra elbow grease and we were amazed at the results.
